Integration Data Field Categories

All database tables have a represented ‘modified timestamp’. This timestamp in the case of Dentrix or Dentrix Enterprise, represents the time in which the record was last modified. In the case of Eagle Soft, this field represents the time the record was last ‘retrieved’ from the system.

Client Service Application

The client service application (“CSA”) is a Windows service software that is installed on the clinic’s premise server. The CSA is responsible for performing all of the data extraction from the premise server and uploading to the cloud web server. The CSA is designed to accommodate variations in clinic Practice Management Systems and a selection of data subject areas to integrate for each practice, depending upon clinic requirements and operates on a scheduled basis.

CSA Integration Process

The CSA (Client Service Application) will execute/trigger the connection to dental PMS (Practice Management System) with a purpose to extract clinic’s data and delivering it via HTTP(S) call to service providers pre-configured endpoint.

At the onboarding, the CSA will transfer all active patient demographics defined in the “Field Available In Integration” data elements

How It Works

API Integration Plugin

Dentrix and Eaglesoft have developer programs that will provide you with an API key used for this integration.

The RecordLinc Practice Management Application Programming Interface (API) allows you to integrate your Practice Management System (PMS) to the RecordLinc Cloud Integration products and services (Products and/or Services). This Plugin gives the ability to provide the data types you desire to share with RecordLinc for your integration needs.
